CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment deposits are non-refundable. With at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment under certain circumstances and at the artist’s discretion. Cancellations made within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
